How to Apply for a PKK Without Leaving Home?
Before you begin, you need:
- a photo or scan measuring 3.5×4.5 cm
- a scan of your medical certificate
You can undergo your medical examination with any occupational medicine physician. The price for these examinations is uniform throughout Poland, so there is no need to search online for the cheapest check-up—this stems from a Regulation of the Minister of Health.
If you have your photo scan and medical certificate scan ready, you can proceed to submit the application:
Step 1:
Go to https://www.esp.pwpw.pl/Account/RegisterUser and register.
Step 2:
In the Menu, select the option “Submit Application” (złóż wniosek).
Step 3:
Fill out the application, select your voivodeship and the administrative office located in your city. The application type you need to select is “Entitlements for drivers” (Uprawnienia dla kierowców), while in the application field enter “Issuance of driving license” (Wydanie prawa jazdy).
Step 4:
Fill out the application with data marked as mandatory.
Step 5:
Select your driving license category and check the option that you wish to receive your PKK via SMS / E-Mail.
Step 6:
In the next stage, complete the fields regarding the photograph and medical certificate (the first four fields).
Step 7:
Check the appropriate consents (all except option No. 7 and No. 9).
Step 8:

Success! Within 72 hours your application will be processed by the Office.
